A CHANGE TO COURSE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE


Student Enrollment Agreement
As many of you know, the signed Student Enrollment Agreement for each course you take must be maintained as part of your permanent student record.

Effective immediately, the Student Enrollment Agreement will be sent as an attachment to your confirmation email from the Registrar, Debbie McDonald. Please sign and return the Student Enrollment Agreement by fax (626-915-1709) or email (studentservices@patten.edu) as soon as you receive the confirmation email.

No materials will be shipped until the signed Student Enrollment Agreement is returned to the Registrar’s Office.
